The facility was not suitable to the event

I sat in the clubhouse for the race. The race calls were impossible to hear due to the poor quality of the public address system. The audio was garbled and unintelligible. Additionally, the horse numbers and names on the video screens were too small to read, making it impossible to track the horses during the race. As a result, the experience of watching the races was not enjoyable.

The shuttle bus system from the grandstand to the parking lot was chaotic. Buses were not properly managed, causing patrons to run back and forth in an attempt to board. It was more convenient for me to walk the three-quarters of a mile back to my car.
